Blend ben bilanciato per veri amanti dell'espresso

Da appassionato che macina fresco ogni giorno, posso dire che questa miscela è studiata davvero bene. Il 70/30 Arabica-Robusta offre il meglio di entrambi i mondi: complessità aromatica, corpo strutturato e quella crema nocciola che indica una tostatura perfetta. Note di cioccolato e frutta secca, finale pulito. Ottimo sia per estrazioni corte che per lunghi. Tostatura fresca, confezione sempre perfetta.

Crema da bar, prezzo da casa

Ordino questo blend da 6 mesi e non torno indietro. Crema persistente, gusto rotondo, zero acidità fastidiosa. La percentuale di Robusta si sente nella corposità ma senza coprire le note più delicate dell'Arabica. Rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile per chi beve 3-4 caffè al giorno come me!

Finalmente ho trovato la miscela ideale per iniziare la giornata! Questo blend 70% Arabica e 30% Robusta è semplicemente fantastico: ha il corpo pieno e la crema densa che cerco in un vero espresso italiano, ma senza quella punta di amaro eccessivo che spesso trovo in altre miscele.

La combinazione è perfetta: l'Arabica dona note dolci e aromatiche, mentre la Robusta aggiunge quella spinta di carattere e quella crema vellutata che fa la differenza. Il risultato? Un espresso equilibrato, intenso al punto giusto, con un retrogusto persistente che ti accompagna piacevolmente.

Lo uso sia con la mia macchina espresso che con la moka, e in entrambi i casi il risultato è eccellente. Consigliatissimo a chi ama l'espresso tradizionale ma cerca qualità superiore!

Consiglio: provatelo anche come base per cappuccino, regge benissimo il latte mantenendo il suo carattere.

Walked 30 minutes just to get a good cup pf coffee here, was not disappointed.
Tried the house blend which was great and bought myself some coffee beans(from a different origin) to make at home.
The staff were great too.

Majú tu naozaj fantastickú výberovú kávu, ktorú si sami pražia. Miesto má príjemnú atmosféru a určite ho odporúčam každému, kto má rád kvalitnú kávu. Manžel si dal V60 Keňu, ktorú mu barista odporučil presne podľa jeho chutí, a bol nadšený. Je vidieť, že tu káve naozaj rozumejú. Perfektný zážitok!

Came from a Reddit recommendation and I’m glad we did. Beautiful speciality coffee. The owner/ manager was very passionate and helped to explain Italian coffee types.

I ordered cappuccino (espresso with steamed milk and latte art) it was similar size and style to a flat white in the UK.

We also brought the espresso blend beans for our machine at home.

Prices were very good compared UK.

Un Piccolo Coffee Shop, ma con un atmosfera molto vibrante, un po' stile Underground, il Caffe' e' eccellente, e si vede che e' una loro specialita' . Uno dei migliori cappuccini che io abbia mai bevuto, il latte di avena era montato alla perfezione, come una nuvola, non troppo caldo, ma temperatura perfetta e delizioso da bere. Se vuoi una coccola mattutina, non puoi non fermarti.

평소 한국에서 커피를 깊게 즐기는 편입니다. 이번 여정에 로마와 나폴리를 여행하며 매일 에스프레소 두잔씩은 했는데요, 카페인 충전보다는 조금 맛있는 커피가 먹고 싶어져서 찾아보고 거리가 좀 있었지만 방문하였습니다.
사장님이 친절하시고 커피에 자부심이 있으시며, 그만큼 맛있는 커피와 빵을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 좋은 원두를 쓰고 커피가 맛있는 곳이지만 가격은 다른 카페들과 비슷합니다. 동네 주민분들은 바테이블에서 순식간에 드시고 가시는 등 동네에서도 인기가 많더라구요. 멀지 않다면 방문 추천 드려요:)
