Avevo già avuto il piacere di gustare questo buonissimo caffè in occasione del mio viaggio a Napoli e proprio per la sua bontà ed il suo aromahi deciso di averlo anche a disposizione a casa mia

Blend ben bilanciato per veri amanti dell'espresso

Da appassionato che macina fresco ogni giorno, posso dire che questa miscela è studiata davvero bene. Il 70/30 Arabica-Robusta offre il meglio di entrambi i mondi: complessità aromatica, corpo strutturato e quella crema nocciola che indica una tostatura perfetta. Note di cioccolato e frutta secca, finale pulito. Ottimo sia per estrazioni corte che per lunghi. Tostatura fresca, confezione sempre perfetta.

Mission

The selection of each bean is of fundamental importance for choosing the right blend.
Our 100% arabica comes from the wisdom of the raw material using the best sensorial tool currently available: man.

Roasting

We use equipment equipped with a rotating drum for the roasting process. Our entire production process involves individual roasting of the beans in order to maximize the quality of the final product.
