The moka pot is a demanding extraction method: high temperature, moderate pressure, prolonged contact with water. Not all coffees can handle it. Our blend has been specifically formulated for this method, with a blend that resists dilution and maintains body and aroma down to the last drop.

Our medium artisan roast is not random: it is the result of years of testing to find the profile that enhances sweetness and complexity without burning essential oils. Unlike rapid and standardized industrial roasting, each of our batches is monitored in real-time and air-cooled immediately after roasting. The result is a fresh, aromatic coffee that fills the kitchen with authentic scents.
How to Prepare the Perfect Moka
Five rules to never go wrong:
- Cold water in the base, never hot — avoids bitter pre-extraction
- Full filter without pressing — the coffee needs to breathe
- Medium-low heat — slow extraction for more complex aromas
- Lid open during rising — visual control of the crema
- Remove from heat as soon as it starts gurgling — avoids burning
Roaster's tip: stir the coffee in the moka pot before pouring to homogenize the concentration. The first and last drops have different intensities.

How to Prepare It Perfectly To get the most out of your Moka pot, use fresh, already lukewarm water in the boiler (this reduces heating time and preserves the aromas). Fill the filter without tamping the coffee, simply leveling it with a finger. Keep the flame low and constant: the extraction should be slow and gradual, never violent. When the coffee starts to rise, lower the flame further. Close the lid and turn off the heat as soon as you hear the characteristic gurgling sound, before the coffee becomes too bitter.
