If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can amend or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. Once shipped, it will not be possible to change the address or contents.

If you receive the package with damaged or missing items, please contact us after arrival by sending photos of the damage/packaging via email from the contact section, or via WhatsApp directly using the button at the bottom right.

Our coffee is roasted to order/periodically to ensure freshness.

Each package shows the roasting date. If you wish, we can inform you of the roasting period at the time of your order to help you make your choice.

If the coffee is in beans, it is best to keep it in its original sealed bag or in an airtight container.

After opening, consume within a few weeks for maximum aroma.
