Return and Refund Policy

At Caffè Sansone, specialty coffee quality and your satisfaction are our priority. As these are food products, our policy follows current regulations to ensure maximum hygiene and safety.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal applies only to products that are not liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • Coffee beans or ground coffee: Returns are only possible if the packaging is still sealed, intact, and unopened, within 14 days of receipt.
  • Equipment (Moka pots, Filters, Coffee grinders): Can be returned within 14 days if returned in their original packaging, unused, and complete with all accessories.

Note: Once the coffee bag's warranty seal is opened, for hygienic reasons, it will no longer be possible to accept returns.

2. Damaged Products or Shipping Errors

If your order arrives damaged or if you received a product different from the one ordered (e.g., a different single origin or an incorrect grind size):

  1. Send a report to caffesansone@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Attach a photograph of the package and the products received.
  3. In case of an error on our part, we will arrange for collection at our expense and immediate dispatch of the correct product or a full refund.

3. Exclusions (Personal Taste)

Specialty coffee is a complex agricultural product with unique aromatic profiles. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on personal taste preference (for example, if a coffee is "too acidic" or "too floral" compared to expectations), as these characteristics are described in the product sheets and are intrinsic to the selected batch.

4. How to make a return

To initiate a return process:

  1. Write to caffesansone@gmail.com stating the order number.
  2. Await our authorization confirmation.
  3. Ship the product to: Corso Vittorio Emanuele 610, 80121 Naples (NA), Italy.
  4. Return shipping costs (unless due to seller error) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once the product is received and the seal integrity verified, we will issue the refund within 7 business days directly to the payment method used for the purchase (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
