Processing Method

Ho provato vari caffè Sansone a casa. Li macino freschi io per Moka , ma devo dire che l'Etiopia è quello che mi ha sorpreso di più, molto aromatico e con la giusta acidità; super consigliato per chi vuole gustarsi una moka leggera, ma soprattutto non amara
Caffè eccezionale per chi ama i profili aromatici. Ho scoperto questo Sidamo grazie a un amico barista e sono rimasta conquistata. Le note floreali e agrumate sono perfettamente bilanciate, l'acidità è vivace ma mai fastidiosa. Lo preparo con AeroPress e il risultato è sempre pulito e aromatico. Ottimo anche come espresso per chi cerca qualcosa di diverso dal solito. Tostatura perfetta, chicchi freschi e profumati. Caffè Sansone conferma ancora una volta la qualità dei suoi single origin. Consigliatissimo!
Finalmente un vero caffè etiope - Note floreali straordinarie
Sono un appassionato di specialty coffee e questo Sidamo Grade 2 ha superato le mie aspettative. Ho ordinato la versione Light Roast in grani per poterlo preparare con la mia V60, e devo dire che è stata una scelta azzeccata.
Aroma e freschezza: Appena aperta la confezione, l'aroma floreale è immediatamente riconoscibile - note di gelsomino e bergamotto che anticipano la complessità in tazza. I chicchi sono uniformi, ben selezionati, si vede la qualità del Grade 2.
In tazza: Preparato con V60 (ratio 1:16, acqua a 92°C), il caffè esprime tutto il suo potenziale. Le note fruttate di agrumi e frutti di bosco sono bilanciate da una piacevole acidità vivace, mai aggressiva. Il corpo leggero lo rende perfetto per la colazione, molto diverso dai caffè brasiliani più corposi che bevo di solito.
Versatilità: Ho provato anche con la moka (Medium Roast) e funziona benissimo - l'acidità si ammorbidisce leggermente ma mantiene carattere. Mia moglie, che preferisce caffè meno intensi, lo adora.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo: A €12 per 250g di un Grade 2 etiope è un prezzo onesto per questa qualità. Ho già riordinato il formato da 1kg.
Consiglio: Se amate i caffè complessi, floreali e con acidità brillante, questo Sidamo è imperdibile. Per chi preferisce caffè più rotondi e cioccolatosi, meglio orientarsi su altre origini. Perfetto per metodi filtro, ma ottimo anche per espresso se cercate qualcosa di diverso dal solito.
