Coffee Experience: The Tasting Event at Caffè Sansone
A Morning Dedicated to the Art of Coffee
Sunday morning was a different kind of morning for Caffè Sansone; we made room for music in collaboration with Bop Dumpling and a French breakfast by @cubobakehouse. A synergy that created a unique event in Naples! Many call it soft clubbing, but we've dubbed it Disco Coffee. It's an experience more focused on sound quality and socializing than on "delirium" on the dance floor.
The Concept: "Morning Sway"
The idea is to replace the chaos of the local cafe with a carefully curated environment where music accompanies the awakening of the senses. Much more than a simple tasting: it's a trend that is transforming the way coffee is experienced, bringing it into a social and exclusive context. Like in a private club, enthusiasts gather to discover rare origins, compare extraction methods, and share their passion for high-quality coffee.
In our space in Naples, Corso Vittorio Emanuele 610, we create these unique moments where coffee becomes culture, sharing, and sensory discovery.
The Tasting Protagonists
During the event, we guided participants to discover our most popular coffees, telling the stories behind each origin and the unique characteristics of each roast:
- Espresso Blend - Our signature blend, a perfect balance of body and aroma
- Jamaica Blue Mountain - One of the most prized coffees in the world, with sweet and delicate notes
- Kenya Praecipua Afre - 100% Arabica with a fruity profile and lively acidity
- Peru Anas Blues - Specialty coffee with notes of chocolate and dried fruit
- Brazil Cerrado Mineiro - Natural sweetness and a rounded body
The Sensory Experience
Each coffee was prepared using different methods - espresso, V60, French Press - to show how the same origin can express different nuances depending on the extraction. Participants were able to compare aromatic profiles, body, and acidity, learning to recognize the distinctive characteristics of each specialty coffee.
