L'ho scelto su consiglio di Caffè Sansone per provare qualcosa di diverso dal solito arabica. Devo ammettere che ha cambiato la mia prospettiva sulla robusta: niente di aspro o piatto, anzi — al contrario, una tazza rotonda e soddisfacente con l'espresso. L'ho anche regalato a un collega appassionato e ha fatto un figurone. Qualità e freschezza garantite
Onestamente non mi aspettavo tanto da una robusta! L'ho provata con la moka e mi ha conquistata subito — corpo pieno, un po' di cioccolato fondente e qualcosa di fruttato che non saprei descrivere ma che mi ha fatto fare il bis. Arrivato freschissimo, confezione perfetta. Lo riordino di sicuro, è diventato il mio caffè del mattino
Da appassionato di specialty coffee, il Rwanda Imigongo mi ha sorpreso per la pulizia del profilo. Fully washed impeccabile: tazza brillante, acidità citrica elegante con note di ribes rosso e ibisco. Al V60 esprime il meglio di sé. Una Robusta Specialty che ridefinisce il concetto stesso di robusta — complessità e dolcezza che non ti aspetti. Tostatura centrata, niente bruciato. Chapeau
