Since 2012, in our artisanal roastery, we meticulously select and roast each batch to offer you an espresso that tastes like true Italy: a dense, hazelnut-colored crema, full body, and a long, enveloping aftertaste.
The Origins: A Journey in a Cup
Every bean tells a story. Our blend comes from the encounter of complementary origins, selected for altitude and processing method:
- 70% Premium Arabica — Colombia, India, Brazil, Ethiopia (1,000–1,600 m): natural sweetness, aromatic complexity, balanced acidity
- 30% Robusta Tanzania — grown at lower altitudes, natural processing: structured body, persistent crema, notes of dark chocolate and sweet tobacco
The 70/30 combination is not random: it is the result of years of testing and tasting to find the perfect balance between the delicacy of Arabica and the power of Robusta.

Artisanal Small-Batch Roasting
Our artisanal medium roast (Medium Roast) is the heart of this blend. Unlike industrial roasting — fast and standardized — our process is slow and controlled: each batch is monitored in real-time to enhance the essential oils of the bean without ever burning it. Immediate air cooling preserves the volatile aromas that make every cup unique.
The result? A coffee that tastes like true craftsmanship, freshly roasted and shipped within a few days of roasting.
How to Prepare It Best
This blend is versatile and performs well with multiple extraction methods:
- Espresso — temperature 90–92°C, 25–28 seconds, 7g per single shot. Abundant crema guaranteed.
- Moka Pot — medium-fine grind, low heat. Enhances chocolate and hazelnut notes.
- Automatic Machine — standard settings, excellent results even with milk for cappuccino and macchiato.
Roaster's tip: for espresso, use filtered water at 91°C and 9 bar pressure. The crema will tell you if you've found the perfect spot.
